NCUAQMD Burn Permit Online Portal
The online burn permit program requires that when you initially LOGIN/REGISTER for the first time, you MUST then choose
"Sign Up" for a new account in order to obtain a Burn Permit online (new or renewal).
nce you submit the application or renewal it will then be processed for approval.
Once approved, you will recieve an email with a link to pay for it, and then a valid burn permit will be accessible to print or save to mobile device.
Through the portal, applications can be submitted online and can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, Discover,
and debit cards.
