Incentive Programs
As
a public health agency, the North Coast Unified Air Management District (AQMD) is committed to achieving clean air to
protect the public's health and the environment throughout the tri-county district. The AQMD annually sponsors the
following programs:
The
Carl Moyer Program,
which targets emissions from on-road and off-road vehicles;
The
AB2766 DMV Grant
for the reduction of motor vehicle exhaust,
The
Wood stove Change-out Program
which provides incentives for the purchase of residential heating appliances.
